At CLICKCRAZE, we strive to make returns simple, fair, and fully compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off)
As a UK consumer buying online, you have the statutory right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a designated third party) receive the physical goods.
- Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day window by emailing returns@clickcraze.co.uk.
- Return Window: You then have a further 14 calendar days from the notification date to post the items back to us.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- You are responsible for handling goods as you would in a retail shop. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value resulting from excessive handling or damaged packaging.
3. Return Postage Costs
- For change-of-mind cancellations, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service with proof of postage.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, CLICKCRAZE will cover the return postage costs.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
- Within 30 Days: If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of receipt, you have the right to reject the item for a full, immediate refund.
- After 30 Days: If a fault develops after 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g., personal care or grooming items).
- Perishable items or goods made/tailored to custom specifications.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Standard delivery costs will be included in statutory cancellation refunds.
